Parker House – Holborn, London

JWK Electrical were responsible for the successful completion of a delicate, high-end refurbishment of an old Victorian property in the heart of London.

The facade of the building was retained, held in place with large steel framing, whilst the entire back section of the building was rebuilt from the ground up. All properties were finished to a standard of luxury, 6 of which are classed as ‘premium’. These 6 saw complex DALI and Crestron lighting and heating control systems, amongst other cutting edge technology employed throughout.

JWK Electrical also carried out the fire life safety and security package elements, including a diesel back up generator site in the basement of the development. The project was handed over in June 2019.
