Curio by Hilton – Kensington

This prestigious hotel saw a complete refurbishment while it remained open for business.  It saw two hurdles upgrading to a Double Tree, then onto a Curio Hotel by Hilton.

JWK Electrical completed the fit-out in this way so the franchising could be successfully obtained and awarded by Hilton. Part of this process was the formation of high-end temporary bars and restaurants to deliver to guests, whilst the other areas were worked on simultaneously.

The hotel boasts 235 rooms and was completed over a 2.5 year period. We faced many problems given the location, age and fabric of the building. However, as always, JWK Electrical found solutions to the plethora of difficulties, helping the main contractor and client every step of the way.
