Union House – Royal Tunbridge Wells

JWK Electrical were appointed as the Electrical Contractor at the 1887 project in The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells, with Ardmore Construction and Dandara Homes.

The finished article sees 127 dwellings, including 11 mews houses, 2 levels of car park and commercial space. JWK Electrical successfully completed the core Electrical Installation, plus the Security, ICN, Fire Alarm, CCTV, ANPR, Access Control and other ELV elements, on a supply and install contract.

The project is much closer to home than many of our usual sites. It was successfully handed over in July 2021, further bolstering Tunbridge Wells as being one of the most coveted places to live in The UK.
